| the path before the plenum. Have you removed the intake hose to the throttle body and inspected the hose and metal pipe before the hose for oil? If the hoses to the plenum are soaked with oil then the turbo seals could still be bad and the oil will find it's way through the intercooler and to the plenum. ALSO, and very important, did you clean the I/C's and intake plumbing after the turbo replacement. If the former bad turbo that was leaking oil deposited a lot of oil through the system, the I/C which is the low point in the path, will accumulate a lot of residue to the point of puddling. You could be simply siphoning in oil from the I/C and making it seem like the new turbo is leaking oil. If you don't feel like removing the I/C and cleaning it you could do what I did way back when I cleaned my old set of I/C's. I disconnected the 4 intake hoses to and from the I'Cs. The ones you look at between the engine and rad support. I took 2 gallons of purple degreaser and poured 1 down each intercooler piping. Then I took my garden hose and my shop vac and placed the hose in one end and the shop vac on the other end. You can guess the rest, turned on the hose and the shop vac. Simply started moving water through the degreaser and vacuumed it all out. The I/C track was squeeky clean after that dousch. Have you checked or changed the PCV valves. Have you checked the PCV valve hoses and the restrictors in the forward hoses to see if they're clogged. In other words, have you verified the the breather system of the engine is breathing? You have some work to do :-)
